This package includes:

1-2 hour complimentary, obligation free consultation in the comfort of your own home, to go through your plans to assist and direct you on the areas you need and how we can guide you throughout the planning process.
Unlimited phone, text and email contact for any assistance you may need such as selecting suppliers and styling ideas. No question is too big or too small.
2 x face-to-face meetings in addition to the initial consultation to discuss your wedding plans in more detail.

PARTIAL SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING

This is a great package for you, if you have already secured your venue and most of your service providers, but need some assistance with pulling it altogether.

This package includes:

1-2 hour complimentary, obligation free consultation in the comfort of your own home.
4 x face-to-face meetings with your Wedding Coordinator as needed.
Unlimited emails and phone calls with your Wedding Coordinator as needed.
From first point of engagement, contact will be made with wedding ceremony and reception venues and contracted suppliers to take over the planning process.
Sourcing of wedding suppliers, products and services that have not yet been arranged.
Coordinate deposits and final payments for suppliers as required.
Schedule all suppliers for the wedding day.
Sourcing of last minute wedding suppliers and wedding products as required.
Attending the ceremony rehearsal.

FULL SERVICE WEDDING PLANNING

This option will allow you to have one point of contact throughout the planning process. Your Wedding Coordinator will manage and execute your wedding plans from start to finish. By choosing this package you are guaranteed a wonderful engagement, free of stress!

This package includes:

1-2 hour complimentary, obligation free consultation in the comfort of your own home.
20 hours of face-to-face meetings with your Wedding Coordinator as needed.
Unlimited emails and phone calls with your Wedding Coordinator as needed.
Sourcing of wedding reception and wedding ceremony locations.
Sourcing of wedding suppliers, products and services for all aspects relating to your wedding.
Detailed costing to keep track of the wedding budget.
Coordination and management of contracts, bookings, deposits for venues and suppliers.
Coordination and management of all details relating to the ceremony and reception.
Coordinate deposits and final payments to venue and suppliers as required.
Traditional etiquette advice.
Development of a wedding day schedule and distribution to all suppliers.
Creating unique and personal styling for your wedding day.
Assistance with floor plans and seating arrangements.
Assistance with menu and cake selection.

By choosing this package, you will feel at ease knowing that your exclusive Wedding Coordinator will be there to ensure the day runs without a hitch.

1-2 hour complimentary, obligation free consultation in the comfort of your own home.
Additional 1 hour meeting to discuss all aspects of your wedding day.
Unlimited phone and email contact with your Wedding Coordinator.
Contact with all suppliers to confirm all details of your wedding.
Creation of a wedding day run sheet that will be issued to you and suppliers.
Attending the ceremony rehearsal.
Attendance on the wedding day to supervise and coordinate every detail.
Set-up and pack-up of décor items at the ceremony and reception locations.
